The July 24th, 2015 meeting of Smithers Council was pretty interesting. From the agenda here’s a letter from Jim and Judy Senka – SenkaLetter. Then a letter about the Public Health Act – LettertoCouncil-1 and LettertoCouncil-2. The Town then wrote to Northern Health – TowntoNH and Northern Health then wrote back – NHtoCouncil-1 and NHtoCouncil-2. So after being advised that there are no safe levels of PM2.5 Council voted to increase it. Cool or what?
